30 Day No Quibble Guarantee - Even If You Make a Mistake

We are so confident in the quality and ease of installation of our products that you can return any item(s) purchased from for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the day after the date of delivery. Even if you make a mistake during installation, we will just send out a replacement. You can submit a return request through your account or a right to cancellation in writing by contacting us here. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (minus any delivery charges).

Where will my refunded payment go?

We can only refund via the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take 5-7 working days for the bank to process the credit to your account.

How do I return an item purchased from

Please log into your account, and go the order you wish to return. From there you can initiate a return. If you are unable to do this, we are happy to assist you with a return. Then, please follow the guidelines below.

Return guidelines

  1. For items ordered by mistake or items no longer needed, we can only accept goods that are in the original packaging and in the same new condition as sold to you, including all packaging, accessories and manuals. We do not charge a restocking fee, your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us.
  2. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking.
  3. For defective products, we will gladly issue a replacement. Depending on the issue, and to verify the claim you will be asked for evidence of the defect through a photograph, sometimes, you may also be asked to return the item. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Please allow 3-5 working days for your claim to be processed.

Exchange guidelines:

  1. Exchange orders are processed within 3-5 working days once the retuned item(s) are received.
  2. If you are exchanging an item(s) and prefer not to wait for the item to be processed, please place a new order for the replacement item and then return the unwanted item back to us as per the above instructions for a refund.
  3. Once the item is received, your exchange and any refundable amount will be processed within 2-3 working days. Please be aware that it may take 5-7 working days for the bank to process the credit to your account.

How do I return an item if I did not purchase it on

If you purchased the item(s) from an unauthorised reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund.

How do I return an item I ordered from Amazon?

Ideally, you would need to do this by requesting a return via your Amazon account. However, if you are unable to do this for any reason, please contact us, as we may be able to help. We will need the order number and date the order was placed.
