If you need to cancel your order, please follow one of the steps below.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting us here (link to contact us page) or through your Eiger account. If your order is already on its way to you, please follow the guidelines for returning products.

Returns Policy

You can return any item(s) purchased from eigerprotection.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the day after the date of delivery. The returned item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same new condition as when it was sold to you, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us.

How do I return an item?

We are happy to assist you with a return. If you would like to return an item purchased from Eiger, please contact us here or arrange the return via your Eiger account.

Return guidelines:

  • The returned item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and be in the same new condition as when it was sold to you, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Your returns label is valid for 30 days.
  • For your peace of mind and protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.

How can I exchange an item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from Eiger, please contact us here, making sure you provide us with your order number.

Exchange guidelines:

  • Exchange orders are processed within 3-5 working days once the retuned item(s) are received.
  • If you are exchanging an item(s) and prefer not to wait for the item to be processed, please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order as being returned for a refund.
  • Once the item is received, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working day. If you are expecting a refund, we will issue the refund back to the appropriate account based on the original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 5-7 working days for the bank to process the credit to your account.

How do I return an item if I did not purchase it on eigerprotection.com?

If you purchased your product somewhere else (like Amazon or a shop), please contact the seller directly to return your item.
